Jean Whiddon

President & CEO

Almost 12 years ago, Jean took over the reins of Fixation Marketing from the company’s founder. When she first joined the company in 1993 (then William J. Kircher & Associates), Jean brought exceptional marketing, writing and production skills from a background in marketing magazines, films and events. She soon took over planning and management of some of the firm’s largest accounts, honing her strategic marketing talents along the way. At Fixation, Jean leads by example, staffing her company with individuals who care deeply about the quality of their work, a strong streak of empathy and a burning desire to help clients succeed. Jean currently sits on the boards of directors of Leadership Montgomery and mcpaw (raising funds for the county animal shelter). She enjoys speaking on topics ranging from strategic marketing to small business leadership.
