Since 2007, Fixation has teamed up with the Biotechnology Industry Organization to deliver innovative marketing solutions that position the association's annual convention as the leader in a growing field of biotech events. "Fulfilling the Promise" to build the brand and attract attendees, Fixation pulled out all the stops in 2010. The campaign involved a well integrated plan of direct mail, ads, targeted emails and onsite materials, including the first-of-its kind Digital Directory and Buyers' Guide. This interactive digital brochure provided a green complement to the onsite Pocket Guide and features real-time data, extending the life span of the high-profile, four-day event. The 2010 BIO International Convention was a huge success, drawing to Chicago's McCormick Place well over 15,000 industry leaders from around the world and hosting a record-number 17,100 partnering meetings.
