Fixation and IAAPA Reach Business Milestone
Bethesda, MD—Fixation Marketing’s contract with the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) has been extended for an additional three years, taking the successful collaboration into its second decade. Fixation won the business in a competitive bid process earlier this month.
“All of us at Fixation are excited to continue our long-standing collaboration with IAAPA to market IAAPA Attractions Expo and Asian Attractions Expo,” said Jean Whiddon, Fixation president and CEO. “At the Expos, IAAPA’s members and attendees find everything they need to energize their amusement parks, waterparks, aquariums and zoos, or mini-golf courses (just to name a few). It’s a great challenge to be continuing our work with IAAPA to grow these thrill-filled events.”
Fixation develops and produces integrated attendee marketing campaigns for IAAPA’s annual trade shows IAAPA Attractions Expo and Asian Attractions Expo, as well as list management services, branding, membership collateral, social media strategies and other special projects as needed. The Fixation-IAAPA partnership rests on a strong foundation of trust. Fresh creative ideas and innovative marketing tactics are met with support and enthusiasm, resulting in success for both organizations.
“IAAPA and Fixation have invested in each other over these past 10 years and it’s a valued collaboration. They know our business. They deliver outstanding creative solutions, smart strategy and attentive service. We never doubt that Fixation’s staff is fully committed to our success and the success of our trade shows,” says Ana Elisa Benavent, IAAPA’s Vice President of Membership and Marketing Services.
