FIXATION MARKETING MAKES NEW HIRES TO SUPPORT GROWING DIGITAL BUSINESS

Kristen Garman, who joined Fixation in January after 13 years leading campaigns at the National Association for College Admission Counseling, manages a team of eight account managers and executives across the full breadth of Fixation’s clients. The newest members, Candy Boakyewaa and Kate Lachine, joined Fixation in July to support project management and client projects for the company’s growing in-house digital advertising operation.

Boakyewaa comes to Fixation with PR and marketing and communication experience from Edelman, Dow Chemical and Central Michigan University. Lachine brings digital marketing experience from Marketing Mojo and Power Equipment Direct.

Derrick Edwards, Fixation’s account coordinator and resident video project manager, was promoted to digital and interactive project manager to work across all Fixation clients with department lead Carrie Dudley.

“More of our clients are requesting high-quality video as part of the digital mix,” said Dudley, digital and traditional media manager. “With our expanded team and services, the process for the client is smooth from script development to deployment across all channels.”

As Fixation’s digital offerings expand, so does the need for quality, modern design work. Chelsea Davis, formerly of Beveridge Seay, also joined in July and brings a fresh eye to Fixation’s diverse client portfolio.

Through its integration with parent company The FORT Group, Fixation delivers customized plans, execution and insights for every digital campaign, including detailed, in-person dashboard presentations.
