Long-Standing Clients Count on Fixation

Bethesda, MD—Fixation Marketing, Inc. announces a recent contract award from Naylor/Convention Marketing Group, Inc. (NaylorCMG) to market the USA Pavilion at the Americas Food & Beverage 2010, which NaylorCMG manages. This extends the NaylorCMG/Fixation marketing partnership to three shows. In addition, Fixation will continue an eight-year relationship with Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association to market their annual HPBExpo 2011.

Since 2004, Fixation has developed and produced integrated attendee and exhibitor marketing campaigns for HPBA’s annual trade show HPBExpo, along with providing list management services, branding, membership collateral and social media strategies.

“Our partnership with Fixation and the commitment we have from the firm is essential to the ongoing success of HPBExpo,” states Leslie Wheeler, HPBA Communications Director. “We rely heavily on everyone at Fixation to help us market the show and make our web presence professional and at the same time very user-friendly. We look forward to continuing our great working relationship with Fixation and to growing the Expo again in 2011.”

Fixation and NaylorCMG have worked together for the past four years promoting exhibit sales for the NASDA-sponsored American Food Fair pavilion, which is part of the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show (NRA Show)—the largest single gathering of restaurant, foodservice and lodging professionals. Because of Fixation’s outstanding track record, NaylorCMG awarded Fixation additional business, including exhibit sales promotion for the 2010 U.S.A. Pavilion at the Americas Food & Beverage Show. Fixation also works with NaylorCMG to market the NAFA Fleet Management Association’s 2010 NAFA Institute & Expo.

Kimdell Lorei, Show Manager at NaylorCMG, has confidence in Fixation. “Fixation has consistently delivered effective creative solutions and smart marketing strategies for American Food Fair, so we knew they would be the right fit for the U.S.A Pavilion and NAFA Institute & Expo. We look forward to expanding our professional relationship and continuing our work with them,” he says.

“I cannot overstate how much we value these ongoing relationships,” says Fixation’s President and CEO, Jean Whiddon. “HPBA and NaylorCMG are Fixation’s clients but also our long-time partners. We obsess on their success as if their trade shows were our own. They pay us back by trusting their marketing strategy and creative to Fixation.”
