The Specialty Food Association (SFA) is a trade association representing more than 3,000 food artisans, purveyors, importers and food entrepreneurs. They host two trade shows each year—Winter Fancy Food Show and Summer Fancy Food Show—drawing a combined registration of over 45,000 attendees.
In April of 2015, the Summer Fancy Food Show’s registration numbers were stalled. They reached out to Fixation to recommend and implement new creative strategies and tactics to help them reach their goals for the show, taking place end of June.
Fixation rapidly developed an 8-week strategic marketing plan that was time-sensitive and budget-conscious. We focused on emarketing, telemarketing, and a targeted social media campaign.
The tactics implemented by Fixation were successful and SFA achieved their registration goals for the 2015 Summer Fancy Food Show. As a result, SFA extended its partnership with Fixation. We have developed core creative and executed strategic marketing campaigns for both Fancy Food Shows, resulting in a continuous increase in high-quality show attendance.
